Kim Wagner
Conscious Leadership Coach and Product Leader
Meet Kim
Kim is a Product Technology Leader with over 10 years of experience with early stage tech companies. With all of her teams, she has worked to integrate the tools and principles of conscious leadership. A pattern started to emerge as many of her former teammates would tell her “your management style didn’t just change my job, it changed my life”.
She cares deeply about helping people reach their potential in a way that’s deeply aligned with who they are and their specific gifts.
She has a particular passion for first time managers, new leaders who are looking for ways to transform the way their teams interact with each other, and early stage companies. She believes a greater transformation in this world starts by transforming managers and company cultures.
Kim is Colorado based. You’ll find her in the mountains hiking with her partner, step-son, and her (sometimes) adventure cat Mango.
